Where the Wild Things are!
Festival. New Zealand. New friends. New studio. All favourites.
Just beyond the edges of the formalities, I used a dripping, abundant treeline as a backdrop for a series I lovingly called “Wanderlusters in the Wilderness”. The way the light fell was a soft, directional dream. The trees, both backdrop and prop, provided a playground for the shy, strong, and wild to commune and express. Invitations were given, chances were taken—moments were made.
This photograph is one of those timeless, potent pearls of the portfolio. Why?
Good pictures ask questions; they don’t give answers.
