Where is this Going?
The sun had set and the shoot was officially over, but the magic wasn’t quite done.
Standing on the balcony, camera pressed against the glass, a layered internal reflection formed between the neon installation, the window, and my lens.
By shifting focus to the reflected writing, and setting the exposure bright enough to soften the lettering on the wall behind it, this final image emerged—ultimately, my favourite.
No tricks. All in camera.
