The Reveal
We walk the roads we most want to know.
Teach what we need to learn.
I photograph as a way to connect people.
To parts of themselves not fully appreciated.
Parts unseen, parts unknown.
It’s an intimate introduction.
To their essence.
The real art is simply a reveal.
To the beauty that is (always) there.
A rich, tender journey for them.
And for me, a reminder of what I most want to learn…
To see in myself, the beauty I so easily see in others.
