Growing up in the flat and dry of rural Australia, ski trips were like unicorns—sounded cool, but not a reality. So taking a trip with dear friends to a chalet in the snow, that was definitely on my bucket list.
Good food. Good folks.
Depth and play.
There were quiet, reflective moments.
And plenty of outrageous ones.
Gondolas, good times, and breath-taking views.
My biggest takeaway?
The depth of connection the adventure forged.
Good friends became great ones.
